Jan Noszczyk

Iłża – Poland

A master engraver, he combined his work with his hobby, which was watchmaking. An amateur photographer, he began to take an interest in photography about 18 years ago. He is tied to his city and has been emotionally involved since the renovation of the castle ruins over the years. The picturesque location of the tower has aroused the interest of the city as a “model” in the search for shapes, shades, and sharp contrasts of light and dark.

Catanzaro Ex Stac 15-22 March 2025

The Project

Changing realities.

Representation of the reality that surrounds us in the vein of transfigurative photography conceived by Carlo Riggi. Born in 2020, FT is a laboratory in which to experiment and perfect the guidelines of this movement.
– Transfigurative photography is not created, but the transfigurative nature of photography is revealed over time. –
